The PB-63

Say hello to The PB-63. The PB-63 belongs to our ‘mid-range’ size of small houses, with a footprint of 7′ by 16′ and a total living space of 153 square foot. Unlike The Humblebee, this house has a gable-end entrance, which leads directly into the living area. The living area is is flooded in natural light (during the day obviously) due to its 4 large sash windows (6 including the glazed door and loft window). As with all our homes, the living room has space enough to accommodate two arm chairs and a cosy table for your coffee or tea. Facing opposite the chairs are two windows and the home’s gas heater.

The entrance to the kitchen is flanked by two large closet/shelving units to store you favourite books, shirt, SNES games… whatever! The kitchen itself is a modest yet functional space with all the essentials – cabinets, cook-top and a refrigerator. It also has some built-in storage for smaller items for like cutlery, herbs and spices, Gordan Ramsay’s latest cookbook, you name it!

At 2′ wide the bathroom is the smallest width bathroom we currently have available in our homes. But don’t let it’s size fool you, it’s roomy enough for a shower, toilet, mirror, built-in cabinetry… oh, and you! Like all our bathrooms, it contains a large window for natural daylighting.

The loft is suitable for a queen sized mattress (with stretching space to spare, win!) and has a large pentagon window – more of that natural light goodness!

That’s the PB-63 in a nutshell – if you’d like more information, pictures, quick specs, or you’d like to purchase the plans, check out the PB-63 plans page.
