Today the BRV2 house plans are up for sale! The BRV2 is an alternative version of the BRV1 – this model contains a fully enclosed sleeping loft, allowing the 1st floor to accommodate separate living and dining areas. This home (along with the BRV1) is our largest model, measuring 21′ by 7′-8″. Due to it’s size, the BRV2 can make the move from average sized home to a tiny house much easier.
